A gentle, poetic custom illustration created in my minimal, warm and whimsical style.
You can choose between Half Body or Full Body Minimalist Custom Portraits, and add extra people or pets if you wish.
 
Each portrait is hand-drawn on Clairefontaine Paint’ON Misca paper (A4 / 250gsm) — a premium eco-friendly paper made from natural grass fibres grown in the Netherlands.
This paper has a warm, organic texture that gives your artwork a soft, unique character.
 
 
What I Need From You
To create your portrait, please upload:
✓ Clear photos of each person
✓ Photos of any pets (if included)
✓ If you are adding a meaningful personal object (flower, mug, book, etc.), you may upload an additional reference photo
All photos can be uploaded in the file field during checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please reply to that email with your reference photos.
Make sure to include clear images of each person and/or pet you selected.

    • Processing Time

    Because each portrait is handmade and personalized, the processing time is:3–7 business days for standard orders5–10 business days if your portrait includes multiple people/petsIf you need your order sooner, please contact me before purchasing to check availability.

  • Return & Cancellation Policy

    Because each portrait is custom-made, all sales are final.

    ✔ No returns or exchanges are accepted for personalized artworks.

    This is in accordance with EU consumer law regarding custom-made items.

    However:

    ✔ If the artwork arrives damaged,

    please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage and I will replace it at no additional cost.

    ✔ Cancellations

    Orders can only be cancelled before I begin drawing.
    Once I start the illustration, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Shipping Policy

    All custom portraits are handmade and created to order.
    Processing time is 3–10 business days depending on the number of people or pets included in your illustration.

    Once your portrait has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

    Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Netherlands & EU: approx. 3–7 business days

    • International: approx. 7–14 business days

    Each portrait is shipped flat in a sturdy, protective envelope to ensure it arrives safely without bending.
    Your artwork is wrapped with care using protective materials, so it reaches you in perfect condition.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

    Please note: I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services, but I will always do my best to assist you if any issues arise during transit.
